- Click the download button above to download the Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file.
- When prompted, specify a name and location for the file.
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Choose "Import and Export..." from the "File" menu.
- Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
- Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click "Next".
- Choose the file you saved in step 2, specify "Do not import duplicate items", and click "Next".
- Select "Calendar", click "Next", and then click "Finish" to import the schedule.
- (Pocket PC PDA Users Only!) Sync your Pocket PC PDA with Microsoft Outlook.
